Making Tee Times:

Tee times may be made 7 days in advance by either calling our pro shop at 630-529-6232 or visiting our website. If you are a resident of Bloomingdale, tee times may be made 10 days in advance by calling the pro shop. You are strongly encouraged to book your tee times through the website. By doing so, you may be offered a special rate!

During the period from late April to early September, our first available tee time is 6:01 am and the last is 7:08 pm. Tee times before and after this period will gradually begin later due to the available daylight.

Tee time cancellations or adjustments to the number of players should be made 18 hours in advance. Cancellations or adjustments must be made by calling the pro shop. When players do not show up for their designated tee time or the number of players falls short from the initial booking, a "No Show" is recorded. Management reserves the right to charge a fee for "NO SHOW'S".

Check In Policy:

Players should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled tee time. This will allow for time to check in with the pro shop and with the starter. Tee times not confirmed or paid 15 minutes prior to reservations are classified as "no-shows" and the tee times are subject for sale. The golf staff has the right to pair any player(s). Golf etiquette is expected and repeat violators will be asked to leave without a refund or rain check.

Spectator Policy:

Due to safety reasons and tee times availability, spectators will not be allowed on the golf course during peak season and/or heavy play. At the discretion of the Bloomingdale Golf Club management, spectators would be allowed during off-peak and off-season periods. In this instance, a cart fee would be charged and special instructions would need to be followed. Requests would be handled on day-by-day basis. No one under the age of 8 years of age will be allowed on the golf course.

Proper Golf Attire:

We promote a quality golf experience for everyone and kindly ask for golfers to wear proper golf attire when utilizing the golf facilities. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Collared shirts are preferred, but nice t-shirts are accepted. Inappropriate attire includes: bathing suits, tank or halter tops, thin strap tops, and sleeveless shirts for men. Bloomingdale Golf Club reserves the right to deny access to the golfing facility to anyone dressed inappropriately. Please note that Bloomingdale Golf Club requires the use of non-metal spikes.

Age Requirements:

Children under the age of 8 years of age are not allowed on the golf course. Children between the ages of 8 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is recommended that children within this age play the golf course during off-peak periods. Please contact the pro shop for helpful information regarding these time periods.

The minimum age required to rent and drive an electric golf cart is 18 years. Proof of age may be required from the pro shop staff.

Personal Beverages:

Bringing alcoholic beverages onto the golf facility premises is strictly prohibited. Bloomingdale Golf Club management reserves the right to remove alcoholic beverages found to be brought onto the golf course grounds.

Pace of Play:

It is our goal to have all guests completes their round in 4 hours and 30 minutes. This time requirement is based on days of significant play. Our player assistants are available to assist you in meeting this goal. After sufficient warnings, Bloomingdale Golf Club personnel are authorized to manage the flow of play by having slower players skip holes in order to improve the pace of play. If necessary, slower players may be removed from the golf course. Please respect the game, honor your fellow players by maintaining proper pace of play.

Bloomingdale Golf Club Satisfaction Promise

It is our objective to make your golf experience as pleasant as possible. There may be some instances where you cannot finish your round of golf because the round is not moving along as expected, the weather is not cooperating, or for other reasons. In this case, we will be happy to give you a pro-rated credit for unused green fees and cart fees towards your next round of golf.
