- Perm times begin May 3th and 4th and end September 13th
and 14th.
NEW – July 5th and 6th are OPTIONAL PLAY DATES! You MUST inform the pro shop 1 week prior with your decision of playing or not playing.
- Greens fees are $49.00 for Resident
Perms and $56.00 for Non-Resident Perms. All golfers should
be prepared to show proof of residency to qualify for the
resident rate.
- We require all perm players to register in our Loyalty Program. (Please review the Loyalty Program Guidelines). If you have not registered in the past or need to update your information, please see a pro shop associate. When filling out the required identification card, PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY!
- In order for each player to accumulate Award $’s, each player will be asked to pay individually, once YOUR ENTIRE FOURSOME HAS ARRIVED AT THE GOLF COURSE. This change in procedure will allow us to avoid the difficulties of recording proper Award $’s to the correct individuals. If you wish to have payment made for the entire group by one person, keep in mind that that person will receive the entire Award $’s for that transaction. You could consider rotating payment each week by each individual, therefore allowing each player to earn the correct amount of Award $’s by the end of every 4th week.
- We offer on-line tee time booking - book them here!
- Due to the size of the waiting list for perm times, when
renewal time comes tee times
will only be held until October 31st. If you have not paid
the appropriate fees by this time the time will be
released.
- Perm times are not guaranteed from year to year for your
group. In the event your group misses three times throughout
the season, you risk losing your perm time. (This includes
your bye week).
- The name that appears in the first spot of the perm reservation
form will be the contact person. All information, letters,
phone calls etc., will be directed to this person. It is
up to this person to contact the rest of the foursome. In
the event we need to reach you the morning of your tee time,
this will be the person we contact.
- It is important that you check in a minimum of 20 minutes
prior to your tee time. This will help us manage our tee
sheet with moving groups up if a bye week time is utilized.
Note, groups checking in late on a regular basis risk losing
their perm time for the next season.
- Remember, our player assistants (rangers) are
out on the course to keep things moving and to close-up
gaps. If each group helps out by monitoring themselves
and work on keeping up with the group ahead of them, pace
should not be an issue.
- Similar to last season, permanent tee times that are open
due to a BYE week will not be sold as open play. If
a foursome is unable to golf, groups behind them will be
moved up (This is why it is important you check in early).
- Each group will still be allowed one bye week. Bye weeks
apply to the whole foursome only, they
cannot be used if two golfers show and two do not, the two
golfers present will have to pay the fees for the entire
foursome. To apply your bye week, you must inform the Pro
Shop one week in advance.
- After you have utilized your one bye week you will be held
accountable for no show tee times. If your group knows that
there will be a missing player or two for the upcoming week,
contact the pro shop and we may have a waiting list of players
wishing to fill in your foursome. This is no guarantee,
but we will attempt to have a list started. If an individual(s) does not show and payment in not made for him by another player in the group, payment for that missed occurrence MUST be made the next week before that group can play. If for some reason, this requirement is not met, payment will be taken from the security deposit and your group will be noted as delinquent. All delinquent groups have a significant chance of losing there tee time next season.
- If weather or course conditions are questionable, i.e.
raining heavily, storming, tornadoes are present etc.; groups
will be held up at the first tee. Providing we get started
within one hour of your scheduled time, you will be expected
to play that day. However, when one hour has passed from
your scheduled starting time, you will have the option of
passing on that days play without being held accountable.
If by chance you begin play on the course and the weather
calls you in for more than 1 hour, you will have the option
of receiving a rain credit. If you played
5 holes or less, we will issue you a rain credit that can
be used the following week. If you played anywhere from 6
holes up to and including 14 holes, you will receive a 50%
rain credit that can be used at any time. If
you played 15 or more holes, no rain credit will be issued.
- We encourage each of you to register for a CDGA handicap.
The cost is $25. If we can get a majority of you to establish
a handicap, weekly events can be held. Please give it some
serious thought.
- There will be no make-up rounds.
If you have any other questions or
concerns please contact us, 630-529-6232.
