Loyalty Program Print E-mail

If you have not signed-up, it's not too late , the loyalty program is designed to award our frequent players with free rounds of golf. Doesn't that sound great! The more you play the quicker you earn award dollars that can be redeemed for free golf. Registration is easy and cost $0.00! All you need to do is come into the pro shop and fill out one of the Loyalty Program information cards. At that time you will receive an identification key card. Every time you play have your key card scanned by a pro shop associate and begin accumulating award dollars.

2010 Players Loyalty Program - New option offered

Bloomingdale Golf Club's loyalty program continues to grow in popularity. With the potential to earn Free Golf, why wouldn't we! All it takes is a minute or two of your time to fill out the required information card. Once filled out, you will be given an ID tag that you will use to register transaction made in the pro shop. Additionally, merchandise purchased in the pro shop will earn you 10% of you purchase toward AWARD DOLLARS!

Beginning this year, you are given the opportunity to redeem AWARD DOLLARS to cover 50% of your Green Fee!!  That's right, no need to wait until you have enough award dollars to redeem in full!

  • Every time you purchase a round of golf, cart, or merchandise, your personalized account will be credited with AWARD DOLLARS based on the type of green fee, cart fee or merchandise purchased.
  • After every transaction made, your receipt will display an updated award dollar balance.
  • Once you have received the appropriate amount of award dollars, you may redeem them for Free Golf (green fees only) or partial payment for a round of golf. (See redemption chart).


PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL ONLY BE CREDITED WITH AWARD $ WHEN YOU AND ONLY YOU PAY FOR YOUR FEES. IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND PLAY WITH A FOURSOME FROM WHICH ANOTHER PERSON PAYS FOR YOUR FEES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE CREDITED WITH AWARD $.

Notes and Rules :

  • Accumulated Award Dollars are not transferable and cannot be shared. Only the individual who has earned the award dollars can redeem them for themselves.
  • Accumulated Award Dollars are redeemable for the current calendar year. At the end of the season unused amounts will be cleared from accounts.
  • Permanent tee time and league participants CANNOT redeem Award Dollars for payment toward perm or league tee times.
  • When redeeming round of golf, cart fee is not included. Appropriate fee must be paid
  • Rain checks will not be issued for awarded play, please use wisely
  • At time of Award Dollar redemption picture I.D. must be shown
