Permanent tee times are offered at Bloomingdale Golf Club for Saturday and Sunday morning's beginning at 6:01 am and ending at 8:57 am. Play begins on May 1st and 2nd, and ends September 11th and 12th . There are a total of 20 weeks of play. Permanent tee times are offered to foursomes only. A security deposit equaling one week of play is required. This deposit is carried over year to year as long as you continue to be a permanent tee time player and remain in good standing. When you decide to relinquish your tee time, the deposit will be returned. Interested groups should contact the pro shop for availability. For a better understanding on how our permanent tee times work, guidelines and rules are outlined below. Permanent Tee Time Guidelines - 2010 • Perm times begin May 1st and 2nd, and end September 11th and 12th. • Greens fees are $50.00 for Resident Perms and $57.00 for Non-Resident Perms. All golfers should be prepared to show proof of residency to qualify for the resident rate. • NEW ADJUSTMENT for "NO-SHOW" tee times. Each group will be allowed to miss a total of FIVE (5) individual tee times during the season. This provides greater flexibility for groups that may be missing a player or two at various times of the season and can not come up with a substitute. How does this work? For every player "NO SHOW" that occurs in your group, that quantity will be deducted from your allotted 5 misses. Once your group has exceeded the 5 misses, your group will be held responsible for the payment for the "NO SHOW" fees. Payment for the missed occurrence MUST be made the next week before that group can play. If this requirement is not met, payment will be taken from the security deposit and your group will be noted as delinquent. All delinquent groups have a significant chance of losing there tee time next season. • Like last year, we are allowing individual payment once your entire foursome is on the premises. We are offering this option in order for each player to correctly accumulate Award $'s under their account. If your group prefers to have one person pay for the entire foursome, I suggest that a different player pays each week during every 4 week stretch. This will assure that each player is earning the correct amount of award $'s. When making payment, please have your ID tag available OR be certain that the pro shop associate has place your name in the shopping cart prior to the completion of the transaction. • When redeeming Award $'s, they cannot be applied to perm fees and there are certain times when they can not be used! Additionally, they can only be used by and for the individual who has accumulated the award $'s. You cannot redeem for multiple green fees at one time! • We offer on-line tee time booking - book them here! • Perm times are not guaranteed from year to year for your group. In the event your group misses three times throughout the season, you risk losing your perm time. • The name that appears in the first spot of the perm reservation form will be the contact person. All information, letters, phone calls etc., will be directed to this person. It is up to this person to contact the rest of the foursome. In the event we need to reach you the morning of your tee time, this will be the person we contact. • It is important that you check in a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your tee time. This will help us manage our tee sheet with moving groups up if a bye week time is utilized. Note, groups checking in late on a regular basis risk losing their perm time for the next season. • Our tee time intervals are 8 minutes apart. Pace of play will be monitored, but you will not be bothered unless we see a need to do so. It is expected that an 18 hole round of golf take no longer than 4 hours and 15 minutes. Please read the "PLAY READY GOLF" message located on each cart. We urge you to surpass these requirements since you know the course! Remember, our player assistants (rangers) are out on the course to keep things moving and to close-up gaps. If each group helps out by monitoring themselves and work on keeping up with the group ahead of them, pace should not be an issue. |
