Making Tee Times:
Tee times may be made 13 days in advance by visiting our website, www.Bloomingdalegc.com or by calling our pro shop at 630-529-6232. If you are a “Community Discount Program ” participant, tee times may be made 18 days in advance by calling the pro shop. You are strongly encouraged to book your tee times through the website. By doing so, you may be offered a special rate!
During the period from early May to early September, our first available tee time is 6:01 am and the last is 7:11 pm. Tee times before and after this period will gradually begin later due to the available daylight.
Please note that all tee time cancellations, no shows and changes to the number of players in a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please notify Golf Course at 630-529-6232 with any changes to a tee time reservation. Golf Course reserves the right to charge players who do not provide ample notice of reservation changes.
Check In Policy:
Players should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled tee time. This will allow for time to check in with the pro shop and with the starter. The golf staff has the right to pair any player(s). Golf etiquette is expected and repeat violators will be asked to leave without a refund or rain check.
Golf Credits:
In the event you are issued a golf credit due to inclement weather, family emergency, etc., the credit will be good for 1 year from the issued date. All outstanding credits that are not redeemed after this time period will be voided.
Spectator Policy:
Due to safety reasons and tee times availability, spectators will not be allowed on the golf course during peak season and/or heavy play. At the discretion of the Bloomingdale Golf Club management, spectators would be allowed during off-peak and off-season periods. In this instance, a cart fee would be charged and special instructions would need to be followed. Requests would be handled on day-by-day basis. No one under the age of 7 years of age will be allowed on the golf course.
Proper Golf Attire:
We promote a quality golf experience for everyone and kindly ask for golfers to wear proper golf attire when utilizing the golf facilities. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Collared shirts are preferred, but nice T-shirts are accepted. Inappropriate attire includes: T-shirts with inappropriate language or images, bathing suits, tank or halter tops, thin strap tops, and sleeveless shirts for men. Bloomingdale Golf Club reserves the right to deny access to the golfing facility to anyone dressed inappropriately. Please note that Bloomingdale Golf Club requires the use of non-metal spikes.
Age Requirements:
Children under the age of 7 years of age are not allowed on the golf course. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is recommended that children within this age play the golf course during off-peak periods. Please contact the pro shop for helpful information regarding these time periods.
The minimum age required to rent and drive an electric golf cart is 18 years. Proof of age may be required from the pro shop staff. Because this is a municipal golf course, legally a cart agreement signed by someone under 18 years of age is not a binding agreement. Therefore, the Village of Bloomingdale does not want to be held responsible for cart accidents involving minors driving a golf cart.
Personal Beverages:
Bringing alcoholic beverages onto the golf facility premises is strictly prohibited. Bloomingdale Golf Club management reserves the right to remove alcoholic beverages found to be brought onto the golf course grounds.
Pace of Play:
It is our goal to have all guests completes their round in 4 hours and 20 minutes. This time requirement is based on days of significant play. Our player assistants are available to assist you in meeting this goal. After sufficient warnings, Bloomingdale Golf Club personnel are authorized to manage the flow of play by having slower players skip holes in order to improve the pace of play. If necessary, slower players may be removed from the golf course. Please respect the game, honor your fellow players by maintaining proper pace of play.
Bloomingdale Golf Club Satisfaction Promise
It is our objective to make your golf experience as pleasant as possible. There may be some instances where you cannot finish your round of golf because the round is not moving along as expected, the weather is not cooperating, or for other reasons. In this case, we will be happy to give you a pro-rated credit for unused green fees and cart fees towards your next round of golf.
